You don’t need to arrive knowing whether it’s the alternator or the aircon compressor. Tell us what the car is doing—when the noise happens, what the light says, where the fluid drips—and we’ll route it to the right bay: engine, gearbox, electrical, aircon, brakes, or suspension. If the fault needs proper tracing on the scan tools first, our diagnostics service picks it up before anyone replaces a part.
We see a lot of BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi, and we’re set up for their common faults—but Japanese, Korean, and other makes are just as welcome, with the same process. Keeping repair under one roof matters: a misfire, a weak battery, and a warm aircon vent are sometimes one problem, not three, and you shouldn’t pay three workshops to find that out.
Once we’ve found the cause, you’ll know what needs fixing now, what can safely wait, and what each line costs—before work starts. Nothing is bundled in quietly, and if a repair isn’t worth doing on your car’s age or plans, we’ll say so. You approve the quote; only then do we start.
